Wardbook prototype

1. Front desk: register a new patient and create a visit.
2. Doctor: open that patient. The consultation shows red until it is paid.
3. Cashier: take payment. A receipt is issued and the request turns green.
4. Doctor: start the consultation and request a lab test.
5. Laboratory: the test waits until billing clears it, then you can run it and release the result.

All patients, prices and staff here are made up. Nothing is saved; refreshing the page starts over.
